Background

I have over 25 years of experience as a professional resume writer and am one of the first resume writers in the country to earn the designation of Certified Professional Resume Writer, a designation I've held since May 1992.

I began offering resume services in 1983 and have been providing resume services on the Web since February 1996 serving clients in all 50 U.S. states. I have also served clients in the following countries and territories:

In the early 90's, I served as Section Leader for the Jobs & Telecommuting Section on CompuServe's Working From Home Forum, one of the first on-line resources to offer career development advice for job hunters. Later, in the mid-90's, I served as a Forum Manager (Sysop) for E-Span's extremely popular Career Management Forum, also on CompuServe. In addition, I've either contributed to or have been interviewed and featured in several publications including PC Today, Graduating Engineer, Job Hunting for the Utterly Confused, Gallery of Best Resumes, The Job Seeker's Guide to Success, InfoWorld, Business First, and Fast Company.
